Chairperson

A Chartered Accountant by profession, is a seasoned expert in taxation, finance, and public policy. With a strong commitment to taxpayer advocacy and nation-building, he provides strategic support to the Foundation's initiatives and operations. As Chairman, he oversees the Foundation’s mission to promote tax awareness and compliance, support reform efforts and safeguard taxpayer and Governments rights and responsibilities across the globe

Mr. S. Ramakrishnan, IRS (Retd.)

Secretary General

A Former Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, brings over 30 years of experience in tax laws, tax administration and tax policy, having served on various committees constituted by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) and regional committees during his tenure in the IRS. As Secretary General, he leads the Foundation's research initiatives and advocacy efforts, ensuring effective outreach and support for taxpayers across the country.
